Molly Bakes cake pops: The spring/summer collection

Molly Bakes symbolises all that is good about entrepreneurial spirit. Lovely Molly (aka Maria) founded her cake pop company the day after she lost her job. Crying into the cake mix for the 100 cake pops she was making for her 30th birthday that night (downer of a day to lose your job), she realised… I’m bloody good at this! Two years after her epiphany she has a self-penned cookery book, a professional kitchen in East London, Selfridges begging to stock her cake pops and a pop-up stall that was a roaring success at London Fashion Week (we DO eat, you see).

Most brilliantly of all Lady Gaga was photographed holding a Molly Bakes cake pop in her very brilliant likeness.
