  Keira Knightley wore a custom Burberry gown to the premiere of A Dangerous Method in London tonight. The actress looked elegant in the maroon dress and we love the bow detailing, ruched sleeves and most of all, the backless, gathered panel that showed off her slender frame. We think only Keira could pull of this look and still make it look fresh and young. What do you think?
